Varial Foam is the world’s first high performance foam adapted from advanced aerospace materials for surfboard construction. Fusion Dual-Core utilizes the lightest and strongest EPS core on the market to create a lively and buoyant center, while the PU foam inserts on the rails combined with the pop-flex stingers give you and natural feel and response.  Made in Thailand.

Carbon composite construction combined with a Fused-Cell EPS core, TL Pro Carbon (TLPC) utilize a proprietary stringer system that is custom built to each individual board. Strategically positioned carbon reinforcement laminated over a layer of high-desity foam strengthens the board while creating the lively flex pattern.  Built in Thailand.

X-Lite is a brand new Epoxy technology developed specifically for performance boards. This is lighter, stronger and more Eco than a traditional PU/Polyester board. This new innovative technology is used exclusively on the Channel Islands model, the POD MOD.
