Parker Coffin loves his hometown of Santa Barbara, especially in winter which is its prime time. The rest of the year is pretty much micro to flat, so that’s when he packs up and chases swells across the far reaches of the globe. But in between all that he chases swells up and down the coast of his backyard, from the long, shreddable walls of Rincon to hidden beach break barrels that require some commitment to hike in.

As you will see in Parker’s latest episode of his vlog series “Inspired,” you get to follow along with him during prime time and see why he always says that during the winter season “There’s no place like home.” The main board featured in this video is the Fever, and you will also notice Conner Coffin riding a custom prototype he’s developing while on tour that he’s calling it the FR2 (Fred Rubble 2).
